High Capacity Water Chiller
Summary
We provided the total electrical package for the control of the refrigeration system which included:
- Mycom Screw compressor with 160kw motor on variable speed drive control
- Cooling Tower
- Primary pumps in duty / standby configuration
- Plate heat exchanger
- Secondary Pumps in duty / standby control and with variable speed operation
- Flow control to five product retorts with variable load requirements
Our scope of works included:
- design and manufacture of Motor control centre.
- Site installation of all required elecrics
- Programming Rockwell Compaq Logix PLC and Panelview plus HMI
